Welcome to remoteagent.online ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Agent Control Center at remoteagent.online and all related services, APIs, and agent tooling (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
1. The Service
remoteagent.online provides an AI agent management platform that includes:
- Agent deployment, configuration, and orchestration
- mTLS-encrypted communication channels between components
- Prompt injection detection and prevention (7 attack classes)
- Immutable hash-chained audit logging for compliance
- REST API and token-based access for programmatic agent control
- Real-time telemetry, monitoring, and alerting
2. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Agent Control Center. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Using agents for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or generating harmful content
- Attempting to bypass security measures, including prompt injection protections and rate limits
- Reselling agent access or API access without explicit written authorization
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the Service
- Using the Service to build competing products
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or attempting to compromise the platform
4. API Keys and Agent Tokens
API keys, agent tokens, and authentication credentials are confidential. You may not share, sell, or transfer them. We reserve the right to revoke access immediately if we detect abuse, unauthorized sharing, or security violations.
Agent behavior is your responsibility. remoteagent.online provides security tooling and guardrails but does not guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy, or safety of agent outputs.
5. Intellectual Property
The remoteagent.online platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your agent configurations, prompts, and content processed through the Service.
You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Data Privacy and Security
Your prompts, agent configurations, audit logs, and API keys are your data. Self-hosted instances keep all data on your infrastructure. Cloud-hosted instances encrypt data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3/mTLS). See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Enterprise plans are subject to separate agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. remoteagent.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless remoteagent.online, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your agent configurations, tokens, and associated data will be deleted within 30 days. You may export your data before termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vienna, Austria, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
